Camp Brochure. Be sure to print clearly on the form. Send the
form, along with the Trojan Basketball Waiver and Tuition to:

Tuition is $180.00 if received by
June 13, 2008. After that date, tuition will be $200.00.
Enrollment is limited. Register
early!
The first 50 registrants will
receive an official size basketball.
